 Amber Kenny

Amber is new to the staff of the Joan Harris Centre, however, she is familiar face to many having been a student of Ballet, Tap, Jazz and Hip Hop at the school and appearing in countless community and stage productions. Her new position is perfectly fitted for her, having shown through most of her life an interest in both business and mentoring children. In addition to dance, Amber was a member of her school’s Color Guard, serving as its captain in 2003 and 2004. While in High School, she was a member of SADD, (Students Against Drunk Driving), the Student Council, the girl’s Soccer Team and the Foreign Language Club. For several years Amber served as an instructor and assistant for a Junior Scout Troupe. Amber is completing an internship this summer in preparation for her graduation from Penn State University where her major is Human Development and Family Studies.
