Staff Bios



AMANDA RYAN– Desk Staff

Amanda has been studying dance since a very young age and can still be see taking ballet, tap, jazz and hip hop classes at the Joan Harris Centre. She has appeared in a wide variety of productions including musical showcases, professional performances and full-length ballets. Amanda danced with the Moscow Ballet in their production of the Great Russian Nutcracker at the F. M. Kirby Center, and portrayed “Mary” in the Christmas Eve liturgical production at St. Mary’s Church of the Immaculate Conception. Amanda is a 2011 graduate from Coughlin High School where she achieved Valedictorian. She is the vice-president of her school’s FBLA Club and is active with the Math Club, French Club, Key Club, SADD, and the Breidlin Yearbook staff. She is also a member of the National Honor Society. Miss Ryan has recently choreographed a ballet piece for her school’s production of “World of Dance” as well as performed a Hip Hop solo. She volunteers her time to serve with St. Peter and Paul’s Youth Group in Plains, Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, selling carnations for Pro-Life and sending supplies to the troops overseas just to name a few. Amanda has been accepted into Kings College’s Physician Assistant Program where she received a scholarship for her academic and civic achievements.
