Jill Guyette Desk Staff
Jill has been studying Ballet, Tap and Jazz since the age of five. Through the years she has appeared on nearly every main stage in Wyoming Valley in productions ranging from full-length Ballets to variety and award shows. In 2003 she was hired as a dancer for a Weird Al Yankovich concert and for a barbershop quartet concert at the F.M. Kirby Center. Jill has studied both from the resident instructors at the Joan Harris Centre as well as at master classes taught by professionals from Broadway and across the East Coast. She is a junior at College Misericordia in Dallas, majoring in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Education. This program is uniquely suited for her, considering that in addition to working at the studio, Miss Guyette has worked for years as an assistant at the Trinity Learning Center in Dallas, Pennsylvania. Jill is a graduate of Wyoming Valley West High School, where she served on the student council and was named amongst the Who’s Who of American High School Students. While attending Valley West, she was a member of the Future Business Leaders of America. In 2002 Miss Guyette received the Catherine McCauley Scholarship for Community Service from College Misericordia.
