Joe Melchiona

Joe Melchiona teaches tap dance internationally. He is on the faculty of
Dance Educators of America, teaching at dance conventions across the country
as well as at the DEA National workshops in New York City and Las Vegas. Joe
is the former director of the American Dance Theatre of Miami, a performing
group that toured the “Sunshine State” extensively including invitational
performances at the Colony Theater on Miami Beach, sponsored by the Miami
Herald Newspaper. Joe has studied from and shared the stage with many of the
tap legends of our time including Buster Brown, Savion Glover, Jimmy Slide
and Jack Stanley to name a few.
