MEGAN MOMENZADEH- Instructor
Megan began dancing at the Joan Harris Center when she was four years old and performed in hundreds of productions throughout the years. In 2006 she was “Peter” in the set “Peter and the Wolf” and danced the lead role “Lisette” in La Fille Mal Gardee. While studying Mathematics at Elizabethtown College, she fell in love with modern/contemporary dance and trained under Kristin Pontz. She choreographed over ten pieces , some of which were performed for different benefits. She was part of a company called Revolution 9/Factory. Revolution 9 was a show based on the Beatles White Album and include contemporary with acrobatics. Factory is a show about Andy Warhol’s life and accomplishments that were all portrayed through dance, acting and acrobatics. Megan is now teaching contemporary at the Joan Harris Centre and Mathematics for the Greater Nanticoke Area School. District.
